Plazotta Bakery – Appiano (BZ)

In Appiano there is a very hard water and in a bakery is a problem.
In January 2012, Mr Egon Heiss told me how biopol transform limescale from calcium into argonite and thus water become softer, so I decided to buy Biopol. I noticed that the water became sweet and vital.

My co-workers, who previously used to drink half a tank of mineral water per month, began drinking tap water, that before they had refused, since the installation of Biopol.
